LiveYou specialises in helping those with physical disabilities who require live-in support.

LiveYou operates across the whole of England and Wales. We find a team specifically for you, rather than relying on a pool of PAs. This means the location of client’s does not restrict our ability to help. We will come and meet you wherever you live for the initial set-up and for regular reviews to make sure you’re happy!

The most important part of this is learning as much as we can about you as an individual. By truly getting to know you, we can use our screening process to find PAs who we think will be the best fit for you. We present the very best candidates we find to you, and you choose who you want to interview. We can be there with you at the interview, but it’s always your choice what you would like to ask and ultimately, it’s always up to you who you choose as your PA.

Our standard charge is 18% of the budget we obtain for you.

This includes; recruiting and onboarding your PAs and supporting you to manage your PA team such as HR and payroll.

We also use this fee to cover our extensive preliminary work. We can be working for 6 months or more fighting for the best level of funding for our client. During this pre-funding stage, we do not receive any payment, making our service accessible to everyone who needs it.

We conduct regular reviews to ensure both the client and their PAs are happy with the support they are receiving. We also welcome feedback at any time from all parties involved with the option for anonymity if desired.
